About Arbor Rose
Our company started with one home in 2002. In 2006, a new home was built; state of art for the elderly population we serve. These are privately owned homes that offer a community based option for long term care. Our mission is to provide extraordinary care for every resident who lives with us. We do a complete assessment on each resident, so that we can do an individualized care plan.
From the outside the homes look like any other house in the neighborhood. We have patios, ramps and fenced yards with lots of landscaping. The inside the homes are decorated to enhance the resident feeling of a" home environment" with special features to promote comfort,convenience, and safety.
Our Administrator, Tammy Stimach has worked in health care services for 28 years. She has the following certifications, Dementia, Mental Health,CPR/1st Aid, Food Handlers,Nurse Delegation, Diabetic Delegation, Modified Fundamentals of Care Giving, and Geriatric Health Promotion.
Tammy has been passionate about the "elder "population since a young age.She feels blessed to enhance lives of our residents everyday. She is a current member of Washington State Residential Care Council, with involvement that includes eight and half years volunteering as a Board Director, leaving as the Board Chair.
I would like to invite you to our homes. With over 28 years of caregiving and healthcare administration experience, I dreamed of one day welcoming elderly residents to these special homes.
